Tuesday and Wednesday: We have a modified schedule these 2 days due to MAP testing.  Your child will be doing the following activities on EITHER day:  Living vs. Non-Living Cut and Paste acitivity---due in their notebook.  Discussion and notes of characteristics and needs of living things.  Monarch journal check.

      Objective:  Students will be able to describe examples and needs of living and non-living things.

      Homework: Finish cut and paste

1. She went to the University of Minnesota-Duluth.  Go Bulldogs!

2. She used to work at the Lake Superior Zoo in Duluth.

3. She has one sister that is 3 years younger.

4. She loves to travel and some of her favorite places are: Boston, Alaska and Costa Rica.

5. She plays flute and piano and likes to sing.

6. She likes to learn new facts about animals.

7. She loves to go to zoos, aquariums and museums here in Minnesota and around the country.

8. She used to be "Ms. Guelker" before she got married 2 1/2 years ago.

9. She loves to go to concerts.

10.  She has wanted to be a teacher since she was a little girl and was playing school with the daycare kids.
