ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

District 622 now has a centralized Student Enrollment Center at the District Education Center, 2520 East 12th Avenue, in North St. Paul. The Enrollment Center allows parents to register their students in one centralized location. For information, or to register for the 2008-2009 school year, please call 651-748-7550.

Registration Checklist

District 622 Residents - In order to better facilitiate the registration process please have the following items with you when registering your student(s):

Proof of Residency - rental agreement, purchase agreement, utility bill, etc.
Immunization Records
Name and address of school student is transferring from
Official School Transcript
If Kindergarten - Certified Birth Certificate for verification - Not Copy
If Special Education - Copy of IEP
