7th graders have a completed a family and culture unit. Both projects are due Friday, Nov. 6.
The students are now learning about getting ready to cook and have covered kitchen safety, food safety, terms, and measuring.  Assignments are daily and are done in class.  We plan on a first lab the end of the week of Nov. 9th.

8th graders are completing a child development with a test on Friday Nov. 6.
They will be reviewing kitchen safety and correct food preparation techniques while getting ready for the cooking unit on Nov 9th.
Look forward to students wanting to cook and help out in the kitchen!
