Tuesday: Go over Fur Trade Video worksheet. Finish reading chapter # 5 as a class and have discussion. Tomorrow: bring colored pencils and brown bag paper for Voyageur Diary project.

Wednesday: Partner read Chapter # 5 investigation/chapter sidebars. Work on Voyageur Diary Project rest of class period.

Thursday: Pass out study guide # 1 – students may use class period to complete this- due tomorrow.

Friday: Voyageur Diary Project presentations today. Students share 1 or 2 journal entries from diary. Collect study guide # 1 and hand out study guide # 2 – due on Monday.
