Skyview Middle School

Skyview Community School features two schools in one building, Skyview Elementary and Skyview Middle School. With a community focus, it is an educational center for pre-school, school age and adult learners. Skyview opened in the fall of 1996.

Skyview Middle School is one of the three middle schools in North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale School District 622. Approximately 900 students come to Skyview from Eagle Point, Oakdale and Skyview elementaries. Upon completing eighth grade, students attend Tartan High School in Oakdale.

Skyview is a true middle school. It is built around the "house" concept in which each grade has a majority of its classes located in one area. Teachers work as teams at each grade level and meet daily to coordinate class work and discuss students.
